Found Black Label on Facebook and called them right away as I had something that urgently needed done on my BMW and most places are booked out until next week and I called on a Wed. They were booked out as well but Matt told me to bring the car in anyway and he will try to fit me in. Brought the car over Thursday morning right after they opened, called back later in the afternoon trying to see if they could get me an estimate on what day I will be able to get my car back, and turned out they had already finished it. The whole experience was seamless and would 100% bring my car back for services in the future.
